Makes 1 1/2 cups

1/3 cup rolled oats*

1/2 cup fortified non-dairy milk

1 cup cooked sweet potato or yam

1 T maple syrup

1/4 tsp cinnamon

Methods/steps
Combine all of the ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.
Additional Tips
Garnish with toasted pecans.
